This app had good potential but even the design is awful, un-understandable and frustrating. Save your money.

First. Its a bit pricy for an app. But the difference between this and other editing apps is the specific adjustments you can make to isolated areas. Kind of like a mini photoshop. Bit of a steep learning curve at first but very good once you get a hang of it. Would be 5 stars if it were cheaper

Filterstorm has the basic set of editing tools and filters, and some unexpected ones (tone mapping), and is both capable and a good value. However, the UI looks like that of some cheap Flash production. I wish the author would take a look at Photoshop Express for some UI inspiration.

It is good application, but it abended many times!! Please solve this issue!

I just bought this a minute ago and without reading any manuals or explanations, accomplished pretty advanced tasks that I cant do in any other app Ive found so far. I will say that on my iPad 1 it runs, but only just. I feel some areas of the interface could be a little less clunky on the iPad and iPhone version even but it is a tool and it works intuitively well as it is. I am looking forward to trying this on my next iPad where I think it will be a pleasure to use judging by the performance on my iPhone 4. One last point which I think is important especially if you are considering the Pro version - I have had this app on a wish list for at least a year and it is updated very regularly so for those wondering if this is a one-off app that could end up being abandoned, I would say based on the update history of it so far to rest easy.

I wrote this: This is a very nice app. However, it crashes during exporting photos with 4S, iOS 5.1. Ive lost 3-4 edited shots because of this problem. A stable update needed immediately. And after the latest update it still crashes and ceashes again on export after minutes of editing. Its a not good feeling to loose photos. Very weak team for updating. People are paying you for this app. Deserve it!

Its so complicated you can break a neck. Things just ought to be simpler.

Ottima app, la migliore forse per editing (undo multiplo, layer, etc) MA non su riesce a finire un lavoro perche va in crash. iPhone 4S

the bad isnt bad... actually pretty good for some operations, but you HAVE TO IMPROVE how it reacts to a stylus!!

And cant Have a feedback from the developer. Apart for that, its a wonderful app everyone serious about editing should have in his own camera bag.

Thank you for bringing the normal filter storm back! I loved this app. The user interface is much easier to use.

EDIT 2016-June: Looks like the developer is coming back to this app. Hoping the developer stays loyal to the early adopters that helped to fund the first app and all the future apps after this. THANKS FOR COMING BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL CUSTOMERS. * ORIGINAL REVIEW WHEN DEVELOPER ABANDONED THIS APP. * Boycotting any app by this developer. Bought this app when it was a full price. Then the developer created another app to cash in more, and abandoned this app completely. Now theres an even more expensive version call FSN PRO. The developer obviously still has time to create new apps. If thats the case, then it should have time for its original app (and customers). Some of the other top photo apps still have maintained their current apps without trying to milk more money from users, in addition to adding to their catalog of apps. Those are the good developers. This developer is not one of them.

Flickr API is gone. Update says Facebook and Twitter "etc" is available but I cant see how to set it up. Happy to see some time is being invested in this app again.

My saved watermark disappeared after the last update, I can never get it back!
